I have 18 years of experience helping home Buyers & Sellers make informed decisions regarding their home. I’m also one of the few inspectors in the area who actually has construction experience! Here are just a few more reasons you should choose me over another home inspector in the Tulsa area.

  • I write better reports
  • Customer Service Second to None!
  • Satisfied Clients Prove I Deliver what I Promise! Testimonials
  • Certified Mold Inspector
  • Experienced Based on Actual Construction, Not Some Online Course!
  • Real Focus on Customer Satisfaction

  • Why do Home Inspections Cost So Much?

Actually, home inspections can save you a lot of money! I have thousands of inspections and thousands of hours of continuing education that I bring to each inspection. We’re just like any other business, we have expenses. And typically, the better businesses charge a little more for quality work.

  • How Long Does A Home Inspection Take?

A typical home inspection on a newer home of about 1500 square feet on a slab foundation will take somewhere around 2 to 2.5 hours. It really depends on the home and it’s condition. Obviously an older home on a crawlspace foundation is going to take longer. I’ve had some inspection take 6 hours before!

  • Can I tag along with you during the Inspection?

Certainly! But due to insurance guidelines, I do not allow anyone to use my ladder. You also take responsibility should any accidents occur, this includes following me on the roof, into a crawlspace or into the attic. These are dangerous spaces and I’m focused on the home and my own safety.

  • How Do I Book An Inspection?

You may call me directly at 918-927-0258 or email me at okhomeinspector@gmail.com. Please keep in mind, I answer my own phone calls, so if you call and get my voice mail, just know I’m busy with a Client or in a crawlspace somewhere. Please leave a voice mail and I’ll get back with you. Thank you for your understanding!
