Inola Home Inspector & Inspections

Whether you’re looking to get away from the City life or just looking for a quiet rural community to raise your family, homes in Inola are a popular choice for those who want to live close to Tulsa but still want the quiet simple life that rural Oklahoma brings. Inola real estate is popular for a variety of reasons, not just the laid back atmosphere.

While most people know I’m a Tulsa home inspector, many do not realize that my service area covers most of all Northeast Oklahoma.

So if you find yourself looking for homes for sale in Inola or you’re looking to build your very own home, give serious consideration to calling us. We can help ensure that this process is as pain & stress free as possible. It’s what we do!

What Other Home Inspection Services Do You Offer Inola Home Buyers?

We offer other ancillary services besides home inspections. We currently offer Swimming Pool inspections, Mold Testing in Tulsa and surrounding areas, Radon testing and Water Well testing (both equipment and water sampling)

Our Phase Inspections (also known as New Home Construction Inspections but they include much more than just inspecting the framing) help make sure your builder is building your new home to the minimum standards. Yes, in case you didn’t know, building codes are the MINIMUM standards a home should be built to.

Phase inspections are just that. Inspections done during different phases of construction. Typically the first one is done before the foundation is poured (if it’s a slab foundation), then after the roof is on but before the sheetrock is installed and once just prior to closing.

So no matter what type of home you’re looking at buying in or around Inola, know that we can help. We started inspecting homes many years ago and have done several thousand residential, commercial and specialty inspections since. Give us your trust and we’ll prove why we’ve been around this long!

I'm a professional home inspector who serves Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Owasso, Jenks, Bixby, Coweta and all of Green Country in Oklahoma.
